A Precious Child’s works with 546 Agency Partners located throughout the Metro Denver area. These Agency Partners provide a service to the children and families and understand their needs. They refer children and families to A Precious Child services, should they need more than the Agency Partner has the ability to provide. Once a referral is made to A Precious Child, there is no verification process required to receive the child or family’s referred services. A basic intake process is completed at our Empowerment Center for data collection purposes and the child and family are provided the opportunities and resources requested through our Resource Center. A Precious Child has the opportunity for all children and families to take advantage of the case management and wrap-around services located at our Empowerment Center.

The only two eligibility criteria for clients consist of a referral from an Agency Partner and ensuring the adult referred is a parent or caregiver of a child.

The Empowerment Resource Center provides family services that offer holistic resource navigation and support to empower children and families on their path to becoming self- sufficient. Participants also have access to a cost-free store with a clothing bank, food pantry, home goods, toys, books, diapers and baby essentials so that our client’s limited resources can be spent on critical living expenses like housing, utilities, transportation and health.
