Whether you are making room for new items or you have outgrown your old stuff, consider recycling your gently-used items by donating them to A Precious Child’s Resource Center. Our Resource Center is a place where referred families are welcome to come in and shop (at no charge) for items they so desperately need.

Due to our commitment to safety and the environment, government regulations, and the high cost of disposal, we are unable to accept certain items. To best support A Precious Child’s mission and help us better serve the community, know before you go! Check out our can and cannot accept lists below.

We will be unable to accept items that have stains, tears or are broken and have missing pieces, as well as, items that are not in working or clean condition.

We will not be able to accept recalled items, please check HERE before donating.

DO:

• Separate clothing from household items in boxes or bags
• Wash or dry-clean clothing. Keep shoes paired with a rubber band
• Wrap breakable items in newspaper and place in boxes
• Include all pieces and parts to children’s games and toys

DON’T:

• Donate broken or soiled items
• Leave items unattended outside
• Give items that are hazardous or unsafe

You can drop off these items at our Donation Center located at the back of our building at 7051 W. 118th Ave, Broomfield, CO 80020.

We accept donations Monday – Friday between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Please do not drop off items outside of these hours.
