A Precious Child

A Precious Child, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 2008, serves children and their caregivers in need across eight Denver Metro counties by providing essential resources and holistic support to help them achieve their full potential. Through partnerships with over 300 Agency Partners and our Cradle to Career programming, we address unmet needs, from basic essentials like clothing, diapers and school supplies as well as providing access to educational and extracurricular opportunities and the soft skills necessary for workforce readiness. Annually, we serve nearly 50,000 children and distribute over $12 million in essential goods with the support of more than 7,000 volunteers, empowering families to overcome poverty and build self-sufficiency.
