2021 MATCH 4 MISSION EMPOWER CAMPAIGN
We Did It!!
A huge thank you to everyone who participated in our Match 4 Mission campaign. This year, we were able to raise $1,003,975.50 in support of our mission to help empower Colorado children to succeed.
Join Us Next Year
Match 4 Mission Empower is A Precious Child’s annual fund campaign that will take place February 16th through April 30th.
As you know, our community has been debilitated because of the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, demand is surging for basic essentials – items our clients rely on us to provide. Additionally, as local unemployment numbers grew in 2020, A Precious Child’s Empowerment Center saw a tremendous spike, an increase of 1,657%, in individuals to whom we provided case management and wrap-around services, including referrals for housing assistance, food access, mental and physical health support. We also learned that 25% of the families we served became homeless in the last year.
The community’s support and commitment power every aspect of our mission. That is why we need your support now more than ever to help us further our impact and fulfill our 2021 Match 4 Mission Empower goal. By participating in this campaign, you are joining us in our mission to provide opportunities and resources to empower even more children to achieve their full potential. Help us provide disadvantaged children with “Cradle to Career” support to break the cycle of poverty so we can continue to envision a future where every child grows up to be a secure, self-reliant, contributing member of their community.
To kick off the campaign, community leaders have stepped up to establish a special matching gift fund of $500,000 to challenge and inspire others to support A Precious Child’s life changing programs. That means that, dollar for dollar, your donation to the Match 4 Mission Empower campaign benefiting A Precious Child will be matched up to $500,000!
The campaign will also include individual donors who can sign up to host team fundraising pages, set their own fundraising goals, and share via social media platforms to raise awareness and funds to help meet our goal.
